Priyanka Sharma ( Co-Founder )
A passionate mother of two, a love for children, and experience in bringing up her kids motivated her to set up an outstanding preschool and daycare center.
She has over several years of rich experience in early childhood education and childcare. After completing her B.Ed, she started teaching in Tagore International School, Delhi and pursued her MBA from ICFAI University. She was always fascinated with preschool pedagogy and its role in child development. She has in-depth expertise in various early childhood learning methodologies and philosophies.
Priyanka firmly believes in creating a strong base during early childhood to make children lifelong learners. This conviction from her experience has motivated her to create The Nurturing Roots,
Suhani Gupta ( Founder )
Suhani has been in early childhood education and childcare services for over 14 years.An alumnus of IIM Calcutta and SP Jain Mumbai, Suhani worked for Oracle Financial Services for over 8 years. before entering into the field of early childhood education.But Her passion was to provide quality, loving and structured place where kids look forward to come. Suhani set up her first preschool and daycare centre in 2009 and hasnt looked back ever since.
Suhani is a founder of The Nurturing Roots along with Priyanka.
Sarika Damania Athalye
She facilitates Emotional Intelligence & Life skills workshops using the powerful tool of Storytelling. Having completed P.G. Diploma in Counselling from TISS she offers counseling services to individuals & facilitates parenting workshops. She has completed her Diploma in Anthroposophic Psychotherapy & is presently pursuing an International Diploma in Narrative Practices. She believes that every child is unique & special in their way & should be nurtured & allowed to bloom naturally. She promises to pour all her knowledge & experience into developing an exclusive, enriching & holistic Curriculum focusing on Moral Values, Emotional Intelligence & Lifeskills.
Sweany Fernandez
our Jr. KG teacher is a Graduate from SNDT University with a Major in Food Science and Nutrition. She has been with us for 5 years and is a thorough professional. Her caring and understanding nature makes her a darling of the children. She is extremely diligent in her work and is an asset for the school. We are very fortunate to have her.
Sonal Bhnadari Dhawan ( Operations Head )
Comes with an enriching experience of 7 years in operation with various preschool around Mumbai.
